Fishing Report September 10th & News!

BULKLEY

Wow. If we had the water conditions of this year and the fish of last year... It would be a dream season! But it's not. Fishing is tough but there are fish around. Put in your time. Use smaller flies. Longer leaders. Pink bugs have been popular as of late...... Let's hope for a few more fish to arrive. Fewer fish = fewer people.... Better odds..... To quote a guide friend:"Fishing for Steelhead is kindalike playing the lottery. But your chances are much better...."

MORICE

Same as the Bulkley. Maybe a few more fish than the Bulkley? And it is in nice shape.

KISPIOX

Nice shape again. It was low but it bumped a bit. Sometimes using a dry line produces more fish than a sink tip...... Grizzly bear at the Rodeo Ground.

SKEENA

Skeena has a bit of colour but is fishing. Very few fish to report but pretty good shape.
